After-sales service and commitment
1. Our company offers three guarantees service to our products. Our free warranty period shall be eight years, which is from the purchaser’s acceptance check has been passed. During the warranty period, we offer free warranty or replacement.
2. All the products are provided by the authorized organization and shall have the quality inspection certificate. The product name, the name of factory and the address of factory indicated in Chinese shall be available.
3. During the free warranty period, we shall make response within 24 hours. After receipt of user’s notice on repairing the equipment, we shall make response within two hours, send engineers to arrive at the user’s site for repair within 24 hours and offer repair or replacement within 48 hours. If the problem cannot be settled within 48 hours, we shall offer free spare parts for schools in the first place, so that schools may go on teaching in a normal way.
4.After the warranty period, we shall offer life-long repair service and shall promise to offer reserve parts and replacement parts for products as well as authentic parts and components and repair service of the original factory. After receipt of user’s notice on repairing the purchased equipment, we shall make response within two hours, send engineers to arrive at the user’s site for repair within 24 hours and offer repair within 48 hours. We shall only charge material cost reasonably and offer free repair service.
5.Our company has set up customers’ archive, made electronic file for drawings and contracts, set up separate reserve parts and spare parts store for the purchaser. When the equipment needs to be returned to the factory for repair, corresponding reserve parts and spare parts shall be provided in time.
6.Routing inspection on a regular basis shall be carried out. Free maintenance shall be carried out once every summer holiday.
7.Be in charge of the products’ upgrading to make sure the purchaser’s equipment takes the lead in China all the time.
8.Other service shall not be lower than the basic requirements as stipulated in the bidding document.
